Applications
must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event. I have enclosed my
check payable to ASIA in the amount of ___________and mailed it with my
application to: ASIA 28 Park Dr Woodstock, NY 12498 USA (ASIA
membership is required-dues must be paid before/when applying.)
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation prior to two week cutoff date, no
fee. Cancellation one to two weeks prior to event, 50% of program fee, plus nonrefundable tickets and food. Cancellation less than one week prior, no refund.
